Proyek harus menunjukkan kemampuan untuk menjaga keanekaragaman hayati endemik dengan memungkinkan Masyarakat Adat dan komunitas lokal menjadi penjaga ekosistem dan menugaskan staf yang bergantung pada gaya hidup pemburu-peramu tradisional untuk menjaga hutan dan memantau spesies indikator.
